Restronic will respond to the loss site immediately following your call and suggest an immediate course of action for handling the electronic loss.  This may include:

  • A  technician or engineer dispatched to the loss site

  • Identification of Data backup or recovery options

  • Temporary replacement or rental equipment  if appropriate

  • If restoration is not an option, then equipment replacement is suggested.

  • A specification is made for the restoration and repair process.

  • Equipment is relocated to our plant, or services are performed on site

  • Equipment is disassembled, cleaned, tested, evaluated, and repaired.

  • Restored equipment is returned to service

  • Systems integration, data restoration, or calibration as may be needed for a turn key job
